Delivery Charges

Delivery will be charged at the rate of £6.50 + VAT for all orders under £250 excluding VAT.

Delivery Shortages

Every dispatch has a delivery note enclosed. Any discrepancies must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt otherwise claims cannot be accepted. To report a discrepancy please call 0845 519 00 99 or email teamwear@swi.co.uk

Minimum Order Charge

There is a £5 administration charge on orders with 8 garments or less.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We do not offer an exchange or refund policy on garments which have been embroidered or printed to your specific requirements unless they are faulty or incorrectly personalised. Once you have confirmed your order you are committed to purchase the garments.

Faulty/Incorrectly Personalised Garments

If any items are faulty or have been incorrectly embroidered/printed we offer a 30 day refund/exchange policy. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. If you have a faulty/incorrectly personalised garment you wish to return then please call 0845 519 00 99 or email teamwear@swi.co.uk
