For more than two decades, SWI has been part of the world of school-wear market in the UK on every level, delivering state-of-the-art sports apparel accessories and daywear uniform. Today, we are a market leader in the school-wear industry and offer a broad portfolio of products which are available throughout the UK and internationally. Our strategy is to develop the schools and college market by continuously strengthening our brands and products to improve our competitive position and financial performance.

We source products from a multi-tiered external supply chain in a large variety of countries.

Our vision is clear:

We are striving to be the leader in our industry and this demands that we return strong financial results. But leadership is not only about results, it is also about how success is achieved. We are accountable for the way we do business. In particular, we accept responsibility for the way our products are manufactured by our suppliers. By our actions we can - and should - improve the lives of workers who make our products.

As a truly International business in the sports and uniform industry, SWI is continually confronted with a variety of challenges that arise from our commitment to striking the balance between shareholder interests and the needs and concerns of our employees, the workers in our supply chain and the environment, or in short in our aim to become a sustainable company.
